We hired
canoes for the day and headed off to collect our oars and then off to Diamond
Gorge. Stopped at the lookout WOW!!! unbelievable King Leopold Ranges,
beautiful clean clear water.

We had 5 x2 man canoes and set off down the gorge
in search of crocodiles and any other form of life!! Lovely paddling among the
rocks and around trees but nothing alive apart from some small fish.

Had lunch
on a sandy bank and found a hidden waterfall in the bush. Had a swim and back
into canoes for paddle back. One more swim before beaching canoes.

Another hour
drive back everyone a bit tired but NO COOKING tonight restaurant for dinner
last night here.
